Np: dream evil - tired
this morning, after not sleeping again I was standing in the shower, hot water spraying across my back with my forhead pressed against the cool tiles and thought about why I couldn't sleep. the nightmares are always there and I really should see someone about them.
they are worse when I am stressed and with work and money and family my stress level is pretty high right now
but the most upsetting thing in my life right now is my best friend is miserable and I can't do a thing to help |

Judas priest - diamonds and rust
god fucking demmit! I lost a lense on my glasses. put them in my pocket cuz it was raining and now I'm short one lense. Fuck!
sunday morning I went to sleep at 5.30-ish and slept through till 6am monday ( I got up twice for a few hrs.) monday I went to sauds straight from work and got his stereo, came home and went to sleep without even pulling it out of the car (11pmish) then tuesday met rizwan on the train and went to his house for a bit. got home about 10 pm and went straignt to sleep. monday and tuesday I really didn't want to get out of bed. ha, mp3 player just started playing pantera - I'm broken (live). I feel like I'm waking up more tired than when I went to sleep. I'm having to drink more and more coffee just to keep functioning. I know sleep is how sal deals with stress and I've been really stressed out lately but I've probably just caught some sort of cold. |

I'm tired all the time for the last week or so, I don't know why, I feel like a zombie all the time. I've been stressed at work trying to get my head around the dow jones / lng issue and I haven't been sleeping very well....
I need to do... somethin, I need a change, I need a nap, I need a drink... just on fix is how the song goes isn't it?
maybe ill get lucky today and get hit by a cab crossing 6th ave and spend a few weeks resting in a hospital or a morgue... |

Type o negative - my girlfriends girlfriend
the reason my hands smelled like ozone yesterday: well peppermind coffee.
I have a hangnail on my right hand which was getting annoying. I didn't have a pair of scissors or a sharp blade (my exacto blades are all dull from constant use) so I decided to tape it down. being me I didn't have a bandage or anything medical, but also being me I had a roll of electrical tape. electrical tape band-aid, wouldn't be the first time I've ever done that... well I used the dull exacto knife blade to score the tape where I wanted to end the piece. so I have the tape rolled around my finger and get to the point where I want to tear it along the score, but as I mentioned above, the blades I have are a bit dull, so it took a bit more force than I was expecting to break the tape, and when it finally let go my hand knocked over my coffee. my coffee is usually black, but since the holidays there is abig bowl of red and white peppermints sitting next to the coffee machine. so I have been adding one crushed peppermint to most of my cups of coffee for the last few days, offical smells like ozone when spilled |

I have to stop with the late night/early mornings, even though I didn't drink last night I am exhausted and there are 3 laptops in various states of disrepair sitting on the livingroom table which I am going to get shit for if I don't deal with them post haste. plus imran will be here the 9th and pavel has already called once for his, mom's friend's is almost done though, I just have to find the nic drivers, run updates, install antivirus... I don't want to do this anymore, I don't know if I want to do anything anymore... I just need a major change |

I don't know how long I can keep myself from going on a killing spree. the amount of stuid the surrounds me in less than a mile that I have to traverse to get to the train is staggering. how do people grow to adulthood without learning the basic ability to walk?! I am big and imposing... been very recntly described as 'a soft walking black wall' how the hell do people still manage to walk into me¿ why do they walk in front of me and then stop suddenly? I know basic physics is beyond most people but come on, most of the time I can't stop that fast. I feel that death can't come for these people quickly enough.
according to the doctor, outside of being a tad bit obese, I am perfectly healthy, blood pressure is fine and heart sounds healthy... will find out in two weeks when the blood work comes back if that is totally accurate. giving blood is always fun, they can never find the vein at my elbow, usually poke me bloody on both arms before finally succeeding, the his woman was smart today... after fiddling with my left elbow for five minutes poking around under the skin, instead of jumping to the other arm, she took it from the back of my hand. wouldn't want to donate blood that way but for blood tests its great.
mike berkley actually gave me a check today... I was amazed, I don't know how much he owes us but 200$ was more than I expected from him... he wants me to go over to his house to watch the fight in a few weeks but we are probably going to watch it either at al's or alex's or even sammy's.
bah this train is full of loud teenagers it getting most annoying, going to turn up the mp3 player in a moment.
earlier I was sorrounded by crying toddlers and now whining teenagers... oh mp3 player, you're my hero

when you are really really tired and the only thing that is allowing you to continue walking to the train station nearly a mile away, the shuffle feature will be your worst enemy, music went from Megadeth - The World Needs a Hero, which was good enough for making headway down the rainy rush hour streets, to the bangles - walk like an egyption.... |
